What does the learner must do? Why
aren’t they doing it? What’s the issue, and the way will we all know we have solved it?
How can we assist them observe what they should do? What data should they
have, to finish the observe exercise? My mission is to alter what individuals DO,
not simply what they know. I design experiences, not data.
I Design observe, not simply random PowerPoints
with numerous bullet factors. I present, do not inform, in
scenario-based coaching actions; constructing toolkits that learners can begin
NOW, not data dumps My trainees are put into conditions that
are real looking… to unravel issues, & presumably fail, & have somebody
assist them. It is much less about, “Can
you flip this right into a course?, and extra about, “We now have a efficiency
drawback, are you able to assist?”
