It is a meetup group of fairly severe hikers I used to go together with. This was my first time again with them because the pandemic. We did an 8 mile plus hike with near 1500 ft of elevation acquire in Santa Teresa park. The hike began on the Bernal-Gulnac-Joice Ranch entrance to the park. We hiked from there up and over to the principle car parking zone, then continued on the rocky ridge path to Coyote peak, then looped again to the beginning. It was an awesome hike on an exquisite fall day. The one drawback for me is that there have been numerous steep downhill sections which I’ve turn into unaccustomed to. This led to numerous soreness in my legs over the following couple of days. I’ll both need to keep away from these or do them extra typically so my muscular tissues get used to them.
