One Pan Pasta Toss – The Fitnessista

This one pot dish is ideal for weeknights or whenever you want a fast, versatile & customizable meal that the complete household will get pleasure from!  It’s loaded with protein, wholesome fat, fiber & taste. 1 ½ c. shelled edamame, thawed

¾ cup heavenly villagio marzano tomatoes, halved

Contemporary parmigiano reggiano cheese, optionally available, garnish to style [ alternately, you can use 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast if dairy free. I order mine from Thrive Market]

Chili flakes, optionally available, garnish

Directions:

Step 1:

In a heavy backside pot or dutch oven, over medium-high warmth, cook dinner the bottom beef till it begins to brown.  Add within the onions and mushrooms. Prepare dinner till the onions are translucent and the mushrooms start to shrink.  Season with spices, herbs, and salt & pepper to style.  Stir.

Step 2:

Step 3:
